The first thing we learn about how to manifest reality is the value of focusing our emotions and the images we hold in our mind. It?s critical, we are told, to focus vividly on exactly what we want and hold this intention both faithfully and joyfully at all times.

This is an accurate explanation of how to get started. But the fact is sometimes manifesting your desires has more to do with letting go and releasing your attachment.

It took me quite a while to figure this out. Looking back I had read about this important part of the process many times, but it hadn?t appealed to my ego and therefore I failed to give it proper attention.

While our starting point in the manifestation process is focusing our whole being on our intentions, too much intensity will actually derail our efforts. Remember the law of attraction works by virtue of the vibrations we are holding in the moment.

If you constantly and with great fervor focus your thoughts, feelings, physical energy, and visual faculties on things you want, it?s likely you will be paying attention to what is missing form your life at this time. For example, thinking about the money you desire 24 hours a day is sure to trigger thoughts of lack and images of yourself currently being without this specific amount of money.

Your acknowledgment of lack, coupled with the intense emotions and projection of deliberate manifestation exercises, can be a recipe for attracting more lack.

This is not easy to accept. In fact it?s a little bit outrageous if we?re being blunt.

But it?s critical to your success that you understand the fine line between intentional manifestation and counterproductive obsession. I won?t pretend to understand every nuance and fine point involved in the process of creation (nor should anyone else!) but experience has taught me that remaining somewhat detached from my desires is the most effective approach.

By living in the present moment, allowing your natural happiness to emerge, and believing in your desires with relaxed confidence, you create the vibration that will attract or manifest the things you seek. Whereas becoming consumed by your desire tends to slow or completely defeat the manifestation process.

The best advice I can give you is to remain relaxed and focus on having fun. Enjoy the process of visualizing, affirming, and believing but do not allow these activities to dominate your life.

Humanity has a long way to travel before we can understand fully all the mysteries of universal intelligence. Perhaps one day we?ll have access to specific metaphysical knowledge that allows us to work with virtual reality models during the process of manifestation; but in the meantime we must trust our intuitive guidance systems.

And if you listen both your intuition and your emotions will tell you that letting go is the true key to realizing your destiny. It?s more than fine to want the things you want, just don?t allow your ego to dominate you and lead you down the path of obsession.

In summary: Know what you want and intend it vividly; then relax and live your life in the present moment, happy with what you have and content in the belief that great things are on the way to you.

Quantum physics provides the ultimate insight into the study of law of attraction and intentional manifestation. This relatively new science has proven that conscious observation of potential energy is what causes matter to emerge into existence.

Simply put, human beings are actively and continuously bringing reality forth from pure potential by observing, or intending. When we look at the world around us, i.e. into the quantum or superstring field of unformed energy, we manifest the objects, events, and experiences that make up our world.

By extrapolating on what quantum physics teaches us about life at the most basic levels, we can see clearly how the law of attraction is the most practical model for personal development and contribution to society.

Also interesting is the fact that science has been unable to prove the existence of any reality outside of the human brain. Thought vibrations and brain waves can be measured as responses and transmissions but it?s beyond the scope of any experiment to actually prove that anything outside of the brain is causing these waves and vibrations.

Therefore researchers can?t say with any degree of certainty that an outside world really exists. For all intents and purposes life could be a giant shared hologram that each of us helps to broadcast.

While radical, the implications of this are simple: Whether we look at existence from the universe in, or from our brains outward, the result is the same.

Everything is created from pure energy by waves of thought. This is true of all that has ever been, all that currently exists, and anything with the potential of existing in the future.

While this can be a little mind-boggling, it doesn?t have to be. In fact there is no real need to try and understand any of this; you only need to grasp the abstract notion that you create your life experiences and the world around you in every passing moment.

And you create all this by simply observing and believing in what you intend to see, feel, touch, or otherwise experience. From this perspective, can you see how what you believe has a powerful impact on the way your life unfolds?

What might your life look like if you were able to believe with every fiber of your being in an ideal vision? If you remove doubt or questioning and just decide to transition into a state of absolute belief, the events and circumstances you prefer will rapidly manifest into being.

You will effortlessly take possession of your ideal life experience once you stop trying and begin believing. The only work involved is in moving from a state of having faith to a state of knowing/believing without question.

While there are multiple techniques designed to assist you with this process, I urge you to simplify and just start accepting your preferred reality as the absolute truth. As soon as you wake up in the morning, before your mind slips back into the state of mundane acceptance, close your eyes for a few minutes and see your life as you would have it in every way.

Leave nothing out. See every detail and accept this image with faith beyond reproach.

Do this each morning for a month and I guarantee you?ll see change. Combine this exercise with daily affirmations, meditation, and other intentional manifestation practices and you?ll create miraculous results.

Always remember you have absolute power to manifest reality as you choose it to be. It may take some practice, but the more you learn about the basics of quantum physics and the law of attraction the more you’ll understand it is your nature to attract and create the reality you intend to experience!

It?s important to pay attention to your body during the manifestation process. The physical communications you receive can indicate subtle emotional energies and subconscious blockages that may hinder or prevent your desired outcomes.

The body signals you want to watch for are any out of place burning sensations, heaviness, tightness/tension, or general sick feelings. These symptoms often represent a blockage in your physical form, emotional process, or subtle energy body.

Should you get any of these warning signs you need to relax as completely as possible right away. Focus your awareness on the trouble spot and gently allow it to be for a few moments.

As you sit with the signal it will begin to subside. You can assist this process by holding out your hands and intending the blockage to flow out of your palms and fingertips.

To be honest this article could easily be turned into a full book. There is a lot more to body consciousness than many people in modern society realize.

In many ways your body is like a child that is in your care. It is also your trusted partner on this physical plane of the life journey.

Suffice it to say your body should be treated with great love, respect, and care. Good physical health translates to sharper intellectual capability, more stable emotional states, and a much finer/faster overall vibratory capacity; i.e. the better your health the higher and cleaner the vibrations you can emit to the quantum field.

In this discussion your body includes not only the physical form, but also the subtle system. Without launching into a lecture on health allow me to simply recommend a sensible diet, regular exercise, and plenty of water intake each day. Such basic practices make you more conducive to a positive experience with intentional manifestation.It can be argued that our bodies are an illusion and that if all life is vibrating energy eating healthy and exercising are superfluous. In truth you?d be correct in saying this; a strong and positive frame of mind will the physical factors and allow one to eat liberally and virtually ignore any structured exercise routine.

The bottom line is: pay attention to your body and what it tells you as you intend new things into your life. When you feel light, excited, exhilarated, etc. you’ll know you’re on the right track to manifesting your desires.
